Five years ago- Phillip Cavallo a former Silicon Valley CEO & Entrepreneur- Sales and marketing executive bought the nearly 100 year old Beaumont Sign Company with a vision to grow the business in a direction which would allow for job creation, and growth in new markets by applying the same skills from the sign industry.
Using his background in Electrical Engineering and applying the core skills from the sign company with its infrastructure of crane trucks, installers, and electrical workers the company was launched into the solar and wind turbine renewable energy business in 2006. The company has an excellent reputation with its existing customer base of some 1,800 commercial customers that has been built up over the past 90+ years. Many of these customers are now looking at ways of reducing their energy costs while taking advantage of current rebates and tax incentives created to induce a renewable energy market.

Background:
Mr. Cavallo- BSEE (Penn State University) worked with both large and small companies, including Raytheon, Schlumberger, Mentor Graphics, Daisy/Cadnetix Systems, and DSET Corp which include 4 successful start up companies. Through mergers and public offerings, his companies have created over $3B in new market capitalization. He has lived in California, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Switzerland, and Germany and currently resides with his wife and twins in West Falmouth, Ma.

Solar Electrical Engineer - will create electrical diagrams of solar PV systems for system grid connection and for Mass. licensed P.E. Electrical Engineer for stamped approval and permits.
- Solid knowledge of AutoCAD or electrical designing software
- Ability to design projects of medium, high and utility sized voltage
- Assessments of proposed solar PV systems with Design Team as it relates to electrical design and utility grid interconnection
- Strong understanding of NEC 2011 and all state and local electrical / wiring codes
O&M Specialist - Operation & Maintenance Specialist will continuously monitor system performance, troubleshoot and correct issues that may occur with PV production monitoring systems. Maintenance of solar PV systems would be tracked, scheduled and implemented. Assistance with the assessment of new solar sites as needed.
- Strong computer knowledge regarding Internet connectivity, hardwired and wireless, IP knowledge involving data networking.
- Proactive in problem resolution with solid folow-through
- Customer care experience strongly desired
- Excellent written and communication skills are critical
- Comfortable on ladders and working in all outdoor weather conditions
Lead Solar Installer- prior experience in solar implementation site management / construction management strongly desired.
Solar Installer- experience in construction, working with power tools, wiring, foundations, footings. HS Diploma/Vocational Tech School background.
Solar Sales Engineer- proven sales performance and strong knowledge of solar industry required.
